General Product Return & Exchange Policy

If your product has a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and attach photos of the problem. We will process your request promptly.

Kindly Note
Due to their personalized nature, custom portrait services are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding.
Exchange Process
After receiving your request, our customer service team will confirm your exchange application and arrange a replacement shipment for you.
Special Reminder
Returns and exchanges are only provided for product quality issues.
Requests due to personal reasons (such as a change of mind) are not accepted.
Shipping Costs
If a return or exchange is required due to product damage, defects, or shipping errors, we will cover the shipping cost.
Return Processing Time
We will process your refund within 15 business days upon receiving your return.
If there is a delay, please contact us via email and provide your return receipt.
Refund Status Inquiry
A confirmation email will be sent after the refund is processed.
The time it takes for a credit card refund to appear depends on your card issuer.
Print on Demand Product Return & Exchange Policy
Print on Demand products are individually made to order and are unique.
Please confirm your selected style, size, and color before placing an order.
Returns Due to Personal Reasons Not Accepted
Print on Demand products cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect size or color selection, or simply changing your mind.
Quality Issue Handling
If your Print on Demand product has obvious damage or a production error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery
and provide clear photos of the product.
If multiple items are affected, please provide a group photo or video of all affected products.
Once confirmed, we will offer a free reprint or refund—no need to return the damaged item.
Not Covered
No reprints or refunds are provided for incorrect size or color orders.
A printing position deviation of ±0.5 inch (about 1.27 cm) is considered normal and is not a quality issue.
