How can I pay for my order?

We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, PayMe, and FPS.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Once an order is confirmed, it immediately enters processing and cannot be changed. Please double-check your information before placing your order.

How are the items shipped?

Regular items (shipped from Macau): Shipped via Macau Post, SF Express, Alfred Locker, or EBUY Pickup.

Print on Demand: Shipped directly by the supplier.

Can I return or exchange items?

For Regular Items (shipped from Macau):

Please contact sale@jplandshop.com within 14 days of receiving your item and attach a photo of the problematic product. We will reply within 1-3 business days. Customized items are non-refundable.

Print on Demand:

As Print on Demand products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or change of mind. Please confirm your selection before ordering.

What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrectly made?

Print on demand:

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item (using our “Submit an Issue” form or by email) and provide a photo of the damage. We will provide a free reprint or refund—no need to return the damaged product.
