Products shipped from Macau:
Q: Do you offer returns?A: Please contact sale@jplandshop.com within 14 days of receiving your item and provide photos of the problematic product. We will reply within 1–3 business days. Customized products are non-refundable.
Q: Will shipping fees be refunded?
A: Unless the product is defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
