JPLAND operates this store and the website www.jplandshop.com, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you (the customer) with a carefully curated shopping experience (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”). JPLAND is supported by Shopify technology to enable us to provide you with our services.

We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Products may be shipped from different regions, including but not limited to Macau, the UK, and third-party suppliers (such as Printify). Actual shipping locations and times depend on product type and supplier arrangements. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
