Products shipped from Macau:

Please contact sale@jplandshop.com within 14 days of receiving your order and attach photos of the defective product. We will reply within 1-3 business days. Customized products are non-refundable.

Products shipped from the United States:

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order (using the "Submit an Issue" form or by email) and provide photos of the damaged product. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
